CicadasThe cicada’s siren call
Illuminates the soundscape of the earth
Annoying us but causing mirth,
Or at least some joy
Among their predators.

Hey Dan! These are masterfully written indeed. It's hard to say who should win. But I think the cicada one has my vote.
